Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Occasional delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high demand periods may occur and are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Customs & Import Duties
Vanexia ships all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are covered at the time your order is fulfilled — you will never receive an unexpected charge at your door regardless of where you are in the world.
